Scope of works:

- New LED backlit signage/branding to façade of building
- Upgrade of tenancy switchboard with new safety switches and circuit breakers
- Supply and install new Cat6 Data points throughout office workstations and offices, Supply and install New Communications Data rack and fit off Cat6 Patch Panels – Test and Label points
- Supply and install new exit and emergency lighting
- Relocate and re-wire office lighting to suit new office layout and supply/install new LED lighting to new kitchen/tea-room areas
- Supply and install new Moduline Skirting Duct and fit off new power points to suit office work stations
- Install feature LED lighting to new reception areas
- Completed project in under 5 weeks – Fast tracked construction to suit clients needs
- New office fit out includes new glass partitioning, new office furniture, polished concrete to reception and kitchen areas, wall mounted TV’s and new air-conditioning
